Includes: preliminary name search, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Tax Identification Number, share certificates, shareholder ledger, corporate seal and kit with binder.

Limited Liability Corporation (LLC)

Clients who wish to be the sole or one of a few owners of a business can use this service to prepare an application to form their company with recognition from the state government. Startup fee includes: Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, and Name Search.

Limited Liability Company (LLC) Package

Clients who would like to open a business as an LLC may use this service to prepare and file all documentation establishing their business with the state. Includes: preliminary name search, Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, Tax Identification Number, Membership Certificates, and an LLC seal.

Obtain a Tax Identification Number

Clients who are establishing a business but need assistance to obtain a Tax Identification Number may use this service to prepare documentation for submission to the IRS.

Dissolution of an LLC or Corporation

Clients who wish to cease operations of their business may use this service to prepare documentation for submission to the state that legally end your business operations permanently.

Fictious Business Name (DBA)

Clients whose corporation or company wishes to operate under an alternative name may use this service to prepare documentation to establish themselves with an assumed name for submission to the county in which the business mainly operates.

Limited Partnership (LP)

Clients who would like to form a legal business structure, with at least one general partner and at least one limited partner. General partners make business decisions, manage day-to-day operations, and assume unlimited personal liability for the legal and financial debts of the company. Limited partners are silent partners who invest money or property in the LP, but they do not control running the business, nor are they personally liable for the company’s debts. Includes: Partnership Agreement.
