Conservatoires / Adult Guardianship's

A conservatoire/adult guardianship is a legal arrangement in which a court appoints a person or organization to manage the affairs of an adult who is unable to do so themselves due to physical or mental incapacity. The person who is appointed as the conservator, also known as the guardian, is responsible for making decisions related to the individual’s finances, healthcare, and personal life. Conservatoires is designed to protect the interests of the individual and ensure that their needs are met, while also preventing others from taking advantage of them. Conservatoires are typically used for individuals with disabilities, the elderly, or those with severe mental health issues.
